Tendertec COVID-19 Policy
In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, Tendertec is committed to ensuring that the health and safety of our employees, partners, customers and the vulnerable members of their families is not compromised.
We have continued to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak closely and are adjusting our internal policies to respond to this rapidly-evolving situation.
Starting March 2nd, we have implemented a set of changes in order to reduce the risk that anyone at Tendertec might contract or inadvertently spread the virus.
It is important that we take these proactive steps to protect ourselves and others and minimise the spread of COVID-19.
What is Tendertec doing?
-Suspending all non-critical business travel.
-Curtailing conferences and moving to video calls.
-Enforcing zero tolerance sick policy.
-Encouraging company wide remote working.
-Curtailing visitors from other countries.
-Increasing deep cleaning and sanitising in our premises.
We are operating out of an abundance of caution and the utmost dedication to keeping our team members healthy.
The measures we are taking have taken in consideration the Government’s latest guidance for social or community care and residential settings on COVID-19.
We will continue implementing our COVID-19 policy until the World Health Organization deem it appropriate to step back from pandemic precautionary measures.
Our policy will evolve over time as we get more information, and we will communicate to affected team members and partners as appropriate.
There are enormous transnational efforts underway to tackle this virus.
As a part of an open society, at Tendertec we want to do what we can to help the success of these multi-stakeholder containment efforts.
We want to thank our people, partners and customers for their patience and understanding.
